I agree to have Security AllStar, a licensed gun dealer, consign the below firearms and understand that they will use all available resources to obtain the highest, fair-market-value of each listed item. I understand that I must have the legal authority to sell the items below and will provide a State issued, valid driver's license or state issued identification card of the owner of the items to be consigned. The items will either be picked up by Security AllStar where pickup is available or may be mailed to Security AllStar's warehouse by the consigner. I understand that Security AllStar will receive a 20% (twenty percent) commission for the sale of the included firearms listed below. Any shipping, credit card fees or insurance fees are deducted from the final sales price before commissions are calculated.
I understand the ATF requires that ALL firearms that are submitted have their serial numbers run to check for theft prior to listing for sale. I understand that I still own my firearms until they are sold but that the ATF will REQUIRE that a background check be run should I wish to have my firearms returned prior to them selling. I also understand the pickup and shipping costs for returned items are at the consigner's expenses.
I will enter each item below to the best of my ability and will include the Manufacturer, Model and Serial number of each firearm as well as the desired value for the listing of the gun. If the desired listing value is unknown, I can leave the value at $0 and allow Security AllStar to pick the fair-market-value.
