On how many ground floor accessible windows do you want to place contacts? (note: cover large areas of multiple windows with motion sensors and/or glass breaks. Usually, people cover large areas with motion sensors.

Do you want to include glass breaks that detect if a window is broken? (if yes, they cover about 40 linear feet so one glass break per room is usually sufficient) How many?

How many motion sensors? They are usually placed in main areas in the direction of crossing intersections in the house/structure (“T” hallways or down corridors/hallways where rooms with exterior windows enter the living/work facility.)

Will everyone want to use their phone app to arm and disarm the system or will anyone need key fobs. The app is free.

Will you want a doorbell camera and is the structure wired for a traditional doorbell?

We have AI cameras that talk to people and deter theft. Will you want to consider this service?

We have water detection and water shutoff valves to minimize water damage. Will this be something you want to consider or maybe add later?
