✔ Benefits are non-transferable and refundable within 10 days of purchase if unused.
✔ Identity Theft is defined as fraud using your name, SSN, financial data, or personal
identifiers without consent.
✔ Pre-existing identity theft events before coverage are excluded.
✔ Benefits are available only to U.S. residents; recovery efforts apply only within U.S.
jurisdictions.
✔ Provider is not a credit repair agency and does not guarantee improved credit scores.
✔ Services rely on public records and third-party data sources, which may be subject to
delays or errors.
