prevent fraud, guarantee detection of all fraudulent activity, or serve as a replacement for
title insurance.
✔ Monitoring relies on public records across 3,100 counties but not every jurisdiction.
✔ Delays may occur between fraud events, detection, and notification.
✔ Recovery efforts depend on cooperation of third parties such as law enforcement and
financial institutions.
✔ Legal representation is not included and may require separate counsel.
✔ Financial losses are not reimbursed unless covered under your AIG-backed insurance
policy.
